Updated IT templates collection

I’ve done a bit of work on the site in the last week or so, including a structural update of the IT templates collection.

The IT templates collection is freely-available. It’s pretty bare right now, but does have a CSI improvement template (see also the “Riding the Maturity Model Wave” presentation resources), a simple policy template, and even a travel & expense report template.

(If you want to contribute, the templates are on github, stored in Markdown format. Or email info -at- heitmgt.com with templates you want to contribute and I’ll convert them for you.)
