To better promote our one-on-one coaching service, I just built the below introductory videos. There’s one for project management, one for service management, one for IT governance, and one for process improvement.
The first minute of each video talks about the importance of that discipline and common challenges; the second minute is the exact same explanation of how to sign up for coaching.
